The late David Carradine’s guest appearance on an episode of the Fox TV series Mental will air on Tuesday night as scheduled, according to The Washington Post.
Carradine, 72, was found dead in his Bangkok hotel room last week, and rumors have swirled about the cause of death ever since.
Mental is a new medical drama about a chief psychiatrist at a Los Angeles hospital who has different ways of treating patients. Think of him as the shrink version of House.
On Tuesday night’s show, according to the Post, “Carradine plays a famous professor, author and philosopher named Gideon Graham, who lapses into a non-responsive catatonic state after being struck by lightning.” The psychiatrist wants to treat him in a — surprise — unorthodox way, the Post reported.
A tribute to Carradine of some kind is expected at the end of the episode, the Post reported.

What a way to go, i’m sure he would love the contraversy,he was a briliant actor and I was pleased to see he ended on a high note, Mental is as every bit as good as house, to be compared to such a good show is a compliment of the highest order. I hope it goes on to make as many shows as its oposit number (house).
