Chris Hansen has been caught at his own game. The To Catch A Predator host, who became famous for busting people on TV, has been caught on camera himself – cheating on his wife, RadarOnline.com has learned.
In a sting orchestrated by the National Enquirer, the magazine secretly filmed the 51-year-old on an alleged date with Kristyn Caddell, a 30-year-old TV news reporter for WPTV News Channel 5 in West Palm Beach.
Kristyn Caddell has been a reporter at WPTV since December, 2009.
The magazine filmed the alleged lovebirds as they arrived at the hotel for dinner and then drove back to her apartment – and even caught them the next morning leaving together.
A source told the Enquirer the two met in March through mutual friends. Caddell, who was once an intern with NBC in New York, introduced herself to Hansen in the VIP area, and “there was an immediate physical attraction between them,” according to the source.
The source also added: “Chris and Kristyn got on so well that she ended up going back to his room at The Colony Hotel in Palm Beach and later boasted to pals about staying the night with him.”
Sources also allege the two continued to hook up in Miami and Palm Beach for the past two months and got so tight Caddell flew to New York with a few of her girlfriends to spend a weekend boating with Hansen.
How is it automatically HER fault?
They are both responsible for the affair. He’s just as much to blame as she is. And don’t think men don’t sleep with someone to get ahead!
AWESOME… Hansens wife might not be giving him any sex..she may of had an affair and its payback time ..we can only speculate and assume what is goin on in thier life. I’m 51 yrs. old..all my girlfriends are way younger..never been married from all the unhappy married couples I see. BUT if you do take the plunge YOU must be faithfull ..or DON’T DO IT. GOD SEES ALL. Chris Hansen is a LIAR and a CHEAT. If there is one affair—then is it safe to say, there are others?? Whose money did he use to wine and dine? He should be FIRED.
He was too busy with a younger women (instead of his wife) to work on the last Dateline show–Lost at Sea—to tell the truth based on ACTUAL documents instead of lies. It was a bust because Chris H didn’t want to work…instead he wanted to play!
Both should ask God for forgiveness, as well Chris’ wife (and children, if applicable).
Although I am disappointed in Chris Hansen and his “infidelity” there is a HUGE difference between adultery and pedophilia. For those of you who are saying that he is getting what he deserves.
I would rather he still be catching perverts and saving our children. I do feel sorry for his wife and his kids. I have lost a lot of respect for him that is for sure.
Why the assumption that he was cheating? He was out in public with her. Maybe his wife knew all about it and told him to have a good time. Maybe she was off with her boyfriend in Chicago? Leave these people alone. It is amazing how the mistranslation of a Hebrew word for “young girl” to “virgin” has made our society so freaking repressed when it comes to sex. I hope they had a nice evening.
Seriously … WHEN are public figures going to realize that, in this electronic day and age, people are going to RAT you out. WHY cheat?! Don’t do it. Why do public figures think they won’t get caught?! Tiger, Weiner, Arnold, Jesse James, and now Hansen. C’mon guys.
Thank goodness…now maybe they’ll fire Kristyn. She’s the most robotic, unprofessional reporter to ever grace the TV screen. I find it hard to believe that she was ever an intern with NBC in New York. She’s painful to watch.

I have no respect for Krystin or Chris Hansen either on a professional basis and or a personal basis. Was the age difference 21 years? My children are that age. Go away Mr. Hansen. You were getting lazy anyway.
News??? Since when did sexual relations become public fodder for all? This is a matter between Mr. And Mrs. Hansen and this woman if it did really occur. We all know the rumor mill and assuptions.

Oh my dear! This awfully dressed little tart caught with a celebrity of sorts? Her sense of fashion and style was more befitting a 3rd grade teacher in Kansas. Krysten constantly wore horrible accessories, usually comprised of matchy-matchy earrings and necklace with a very busy outfit, large plastic necklaces circa 1989, old, worn out clothes and just a hot mess. Couldn’t Chris find somebody more attractive? He’s a handsome man. I did notice his wife sort of resembles the soon-to-be-ex reporter. Maybe he was homesick?
