Those who don’t know the name Omar Little have clearly not see the incredible HBO show The Wire.

Omar, played to the absolute nines by Michael K. Williams, was the show’s anti-hero, a stick-up man with an inflexible moral code — he wouldn’t steal from anyone who wasn’t in “the game”, i.e. the drug trade in Baltimore, nor would he put up with profanity.

Omar also had a way with words, and was known by fans as having the best lines of any character on the show.

Warming Glow, one of my favorite sites, found a picture that united Omar’s lines with images from other great shows, such as the one below:

Because, of course, the Dowager Countess of Grantham (aka Maggie Smith of Downton Abbey) is straight-up gangsta.
