Booted from 'Idol': Jermaine Sellers, Michelle Delamor, John Park, Haeley Vaughn. (FOX)

Tough night for minority diversity on the show. Michelle Delamor, Jermaine Sellers, Haeley Vaughn and John Park were all cut. While none of those are considered big losses, there was some actual vocal skills and charisma there, just not both at one time.

First gone: John Park. Great first audition but he failed to take advantage of his first two performances. His first semifinal night was bad but fortunately, there were worse singers that night. John was actually decent last night but while he possesses a good voice, his stage presence and connection to the song lacked a certain something. What’s worse, going second, he was quickly forgotten.
