No matter how many weeks of reruns Desperate Housewives makes me suffer through, I’m always reminded why I love this show… shocking murderous twist endings.

M. Night Shyamalan’s got some steep competition. Without giving too much away, I’ll just say that it was an affair gone wrong.

Besides the murder that came out of left field, this episode dealt with some dark issues. Bad Orson is finally back and his pockets are deep with his family and friend’s personal items. He gets angry; he steals something, what a winner.

At least someone else, besides Dave, is going crazy. That plot line is dragging out beyond the point of no return. The only thing revealed this episode was that his last name isn’t Williams, its Dash. Well, mystery solved.

The best storyline of the night was the elusive painting of the beach house Mike and Susan spent their honeymoon at, which Susan painted herself. When Mike moved in with Katherine he demanded that it be hung on the mantle. And poor Katherine would have to stare at a painting that her boyfriend’s ex painted of their honeymoon everyday.

Susan ended up being the hero, yes – it’s shocking, and decided to take the painting back to spare Katherine’s feelings. Don’t you just feel warm and fuzzy inside?

Wysteria Lane’s favorite couple, Tom and Lynette, are still dealing with the financial aftermath of losing their pizza restaurant. They end up fighting tooth and nail over an advertising position. But after the fight is over they love each other even more.

Favorite Quotes:

Edie: “Whoa whoa whoa…why isn’t hair being pulled? She’s shacking up with your ex!”

Bree: “Maybe we should slice the cake in the kitchen; I don’t want to bring a knife to that dinner party.”

Gabby: “Shayla’s the most incredible person you’ve ever met? She has a Hello Kitty tip jar!”
