Each year, the computerized Christmas light displays seem to get more and more elaborate. A stroll through YouTube reveals hundreds, if not thousands, of lovingly created dancing light displays synchronized to music.
If you have a display you’d like to show off, take video of the show (preferably including the music) and upload it here.
We hope you enjoy the following displays, some of the best of the 2009 season.
From Steel City Christmas in Pittsburgh, boasting more than 260,000 Christmas lights. The display will be featured on TLC’s Invasion of the Christmas Lights on Friday.
This display is located in Pleasant Grove, Utah.
Their YouTube posting claims, “Hundreds of channels of computer control are used on this christmas light display in Crooks, SD.”
“2009 Christmas Lights featuring 70,000 lights and 144 computer controlled channels to music. This is one of 13 songs in our show located in Yulee FL.”
The Lorentz family says: Over 4000 lights computerized to dance to the sounds of Christmas music. Including Rock around the Christmas Tree, Have a Holly Jolly Christmas, and many more. Created by Joe & Wendy Lorentz and David Oudbier. Set up by Joe,Wendy,David,Mark and Dodie. Dedicated in the Loving Memory of our children Joey Lorentz & Katrina Oudbier.

You’d think with pop culture’s current obsession with carbon footprints that these tremendous wastes of electricity would be outlawed.
With LED lighting these displays which take less energy then your
erectile dysfunction device I would say for you to STFU!
I find this activity far less obsessed then the billions wasted on
sh*tty TV programming, Any pro game of any type and all the tax dollars wasted on sport franchises to spending money on electricity to abort you as a baby but failed!
Get lost you troll!
Mr. Greenmunism these light shows take less energy than a normal house with a bunch of lights on it. Most of the time these shows have lights on for seconds, and most of us (I do this with my own house) only run the shows for a few hours. Compare this to people who put up lights and leave them on all night and that proves your theory wrong. Also most of us have changed to LED lighting this year. Again proving your theory wrong.
Griswold wanna-be: http://www.komar.org/cgi-bin/christmas_webcam
Use the three christmas webcams for a live view of over 20,000 christmas lights and also CONTROL them – heck, you can even inflate (or deflate) the giant Elmo, Frosty, Santa, and Homer Simpson – D’OH! All three webcams are online from Thanksgiving to Jan 1st between 1700 to 2200 MST (GMT-7) which is when you can turn stuff on & off to entertain the neighbors. Plus send “Instant Messages via Webcam” for all to see. HO HO HO! ;-)
Don’t forget the BEST houses that aren’t computerized. See our house on TLC’s The Learning Channel – “Invasion of the Christmas Lights” on December 6, 2009. You can see a video under our photo section to see when TLC was out here on the BIG REVEAL night.
All goes to support our 6th Annual Toy and Food Drive for needy kids.
Enjoy!

Local. Located in Port St Lucie. Unlike some of the videos shown from Utah. We collect canned goods for the Treasure Coast Food Bank.
Just wanted to clarify something that Archer Lights said about the fact that they collect canned goods for Treasure Coast Food Bank which is WONDERFUL…The Crooks (music box dancer video above) take donations through paypal for the Make a Wish Foundation. They have a yearly running total on their website of how much they have collected so far and you can see their videos too. (No, I’m not related to them…don’t even know them. I just love their show and their charity). You can check it out at: crookschristmas.com
