Undercover Boss, the new CBS show that has sent CEOs of very traditional companies into the trenches, went e-commerce this week with a younger CEO.

Michael Rubin, who founded GSI Commerce as a teenage and is still one of the youngest executives around, almost seemed like the perfect undercover worker this week.

Of course, that didn’t give him an excuse to be lousy at packing one of his own trucks:
