Fox’s cooking challenge show Hell’s Kitchen, where celebrity chef Gordon Ramsey puts contestants through the ringer to find someone to run a restaurant’s kitchen, is holding casting calls in South Florida next week.

On Monday, a casting crew will be at the Hard Rock Café in Miami at 401 Biscayne Blvd. Tuesday, the group will head to Florida International University’s School of Hospitality and Tourism at 3000 N.E. 151 St., in HM 210 (room HM 249).
