Bob Marley Trademark Lawsuit Settled By Family
According to TMZ, a trademark lawsuit between Marley's widow and 9 of his children against their half uncle, Richard Booker, was settled. They claim that Richard was illegally selling products like, fish cakes, fish sausage, and energy drinks using Bob Marley's face on the products. Richard countersued, claiming that Bob gave him permission to use is famous name before he died. Both parties ultimately settled out of court.
