Britney Spears' Label Says Her Former 'Manager' Sam Lutfi Was A 'Gopher'
Britney Spears is in a court battle with her ex-confidante, Sam Lutfi, who claims he was Brit's manager. But the head Britney's label testified to help set the record straight on the pop star's end. Barry Weiss of Jive Record said, "I had never heard of this guy before. He was a gofer- someone who has menial tasks, like a personal assistant." Sam sued Britney for a percentage of a year's worth of the singer's earnings- AND sued her parents for alleged assault and libel.
