Lily Allen just welcomed her second daughter into the world. The singer named newborn Marnie Rose Cooper! Marnie joins her big sister, one year old Ethel Mary. The 'Smile' singer and her husband of two years, Sam Cooper, are clearly ecstatic. The singer thought she as going into labor a few times, and admitted to eating spicy foods in order to self-induce.
